Actress Ananya Pandey recently binge watched the Amazon Prime show 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' and she was quite touched by how well it dealt with the idea of self love and inner beauty. In a recent conversation with India Today, the actress talked about the show and shared how it has affected her.

Ananya stated, “I feel like something that Belly (Isabel Conklin) said in the last episode resonated with me very strongly. She spoke about how girls are always made to feel like they need to be told that they're pretty."

She further added, "It's more about feeling beautiful on the inside, and loving yourself. And I feel that's something that I'm learning to do every single day. So, I think that was a very big learning lesson for me from the show, because the whole series before that kept talking about this transformation she's had, but I think in the last episode, she realizes that it's so much more than that.”

On the work front, Ananya will soon be seen in the action flick 'Liger' alongside Vijay Deverakonda.
