Days after the release of 'Middle Class Melodies', Anand Deverakonda has announced that he is investing his earnings from the movie in a cafe started by two of his friends. In a note on Wednesday, the budding actor said that he is doing it because, like Vijay Deverakonda, he too has scored his first success through a film whose subject revolves around food. He was referring to Vijay's 'Pelli Choopulu' indirectly.

"My first step to share this success is to invest in my friend's food dreams. Both Vijay and I saw our first big success in stories around food, dreams, and ambition. So, my first paycheck goes into bringing you great food offscreen and supporting my gang," Anand, who debuted in 2019 with 'Dorasaani', wrote. In 'MCM', Anand sets up a tiffin centre in Guntur.

'MCM', directed by Vinod Anantoju, also features Varsha Bollamma, Goparaju Ramana and others. Its music is by RH Vikram and Sweekar Agasthi.
