Mohanlal’s upcoming ‘Mahabharata’ is making news for every other reason, and if the latest news from the tinsel town are to be believed, the makers are planning to have the official launch of Randamoozham/Mahabharata in October 2017. The team will officially introduce the cast and crew members and reveal the title poster of the project in the grand event which will be attended by the big names of Indian film industry. An official announcement on the same is expected to be made soon.
 
The movie will be a multi-lingual project, which will be made at a whopping budget of Rs. 1000 crores. Being the most expensive Indian movie to be ever made, 'Mahabharata' is based on MT Vasudevan Nair’s novel ‘Randamoozham”, which tells the story from Bheema’s perspective. Mohanlal will be playing the role of Bheema in the movie. Produced by UAE-based billionaire BR Shetty, the movie is being directed by famous ad-film maker Shrikumar Menon, is to feature a star studded cast like never before seen in Indian cinema.
