The first schedule of the shooting of Superstar Rajinikanth's mega budget Sci-fi flick '2.0' has been completed and the star has now moved to the shooting of ;Kabali' the gangster flick directed by Pa.Ranjith.

The shoot of '2.0' is expected to resume in Chennai in the month of March with Akshay Kumar who will be playing the baddie role in the film joining the unit for shoot.

In the first schedule Amy Jackson playing the female lead of the film shot some scenes with Rajinikanth.Now we have gathered some information about the 'I' heroine's role in her second film with top director Shankar.

According to the story a group of college girls join as assistant to the scientist character played by Rajinikanth. Amy is one among them who falls in love with the scientist.

It is worth recalling that actors Santhanam and Karunas played the roles of Robotics scientist Vaseegaran's assistants in 'Enthiran' the prequel of '2.0'.

We will have to wait for the release of the film to know whether this claim is true as details about Shankar films are always closely guarded until the release. Produced by Lyca Productions on a whopping budget of Rs.350 crores, '2.0' is expected to hit the screens in the year 2017.
