The launch of Dr HSV and Dr Vatsala Mohan in lead roles of ‘Amruthavahini’ was flooded with guests, well wishers and others.

Literary giant Dr HSV recently headed megaphone for ‘Hasiru Ribbon’- he is now coming before the camera. Top director Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar and gentleman hero and director Ramesh Aravind kick started the film in the direction of Narendra Babu of O Gulabiye and Pallakki fame. Giridhar Diwan cinematography and four songs penned by Dr HSV are in the composition of Upasana Mohan.

Modernization drawing the tradition to unexpected level, the generations of family, and the hiccups are contents of Raghavendra B Patil and that is precisely written to suit the cinema. He expects this cinema to become another ‘Nagarahavu’.

The film showcase piquant situations of a family with loving son, inter caste marriage, family troubles are discussed in the film.

Dr Vatsala Mohan is in the role of wife of Dr HSV. Santosh Karki grandson of DS Karki (of Hachchevu Kannada Deepa….very familiar song), Supriya S Rao, Baby Rutvi, Swastik Shanker are in the cast.

For the muhurut of the film Dr BR Lakshman Rao, Dr Narahalli Balasubramanyam, MN Vyasa Rao, singer BK Sumithra and others were present.
