'Vivah' actress Amrita Rao is currently gearing up to mesmerize her fans on the small screen. She is all set to make her appearance into television with a drama series titled - 'Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai'.

This beauty will be seen alongside veteran actress Deepti Naval, as both are the lead in it. The series is being produced by Nivedita Basu, who also owns a celebrity cricket team in television reality show Box Cricket League. At a recent event, Basu said, "Yes, Amrita has come on board for 'Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai' that will be aired on &TV. The show will be a finite series based on the music industry and will see Amrita playing a pivotal role of Kalyani." She also added saying, "Her older character will be essayed by the veteran actress Deepti Naval. The show will be shot across real locations only and (we) have started shooting the initial episodes at Wai." The on-air date of the show is yet to be announced and that would be sometime later.

Amrita's sister Preetika is already a television star, she is known for her romantic drama 'Beintehaan' playing the lead in it. Your fans are waiting Amrita to not miss you on the small screen.
