Amitabh Bachchan has contributed quite a bit to Indian cinema. Now the actor wants to do his bit for spreading education in India. The actor plans to open a school for girls in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The school in the Daulatpur village of Uttar Pradesh will bear Aishwariya’s name. After the Allahabad High court gave a clean chit to Bachchan in the allotment of the land in the Daulatpur village land dispute, Big B bought another piece of land adjoining the plot in dispute and offered to donate it for building a school for girls.

Amitabh has been in constant discussions with Amar Singh to build a school for girls in a state with one of the lowest literary rates. The foundation brick of the school will be laid shortly by Ash in a few months from now .Anil Ambani of the Reliance group will also be involved in this project.
