Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is all set to impress the audience on big screen once again. He recently announced the release date of his upcoming sports drama 'Jhund'. The film is helmed by Marathi director Nagraj Manjule, who is best known for 'Sairat', and it will feature Big B inspiring aimless young kids from slums to play football.

'Jhund' is based on the real story of Vijay Barse, who founded Slum Soccer, an organisation which uplifts underprivileged children through football. Mr Bachchan took to Twitter to share a new poster from the film in which he can be seen sporting a tracksuit and holding a football. He captioned the post as, "T 4178 - Iss toli se muqaabla karne ke liye raho taiyaar! Humari team aa rahi hai ⚽Goal net #Jhund releasing on 4th Mar 2022 in cinemas near you."

Coincidentally, Robert Pattinson starrer 'The Batman' will also release on the same day and so it's going to be a box office clash between Gotham's Dark Knight and the Megastar of Bollywood.
