Amid rumors over his recent hospitalization, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was seen rubbishing the reports of the angiography procedure that he had submitted himself to. The video is viral on social media, with Mr. Bachchan came out from the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium in Thane, where the last match of the Indian Street Premier League was being played between Majhi Mumbai and the Tigers of Kolkata.

When told about the news by a paparazzi, Bachchan quickly surged into several vituperations, gestured at the camera, and then headed off with a smile. He watched the game with his son, Atul Bhatia.

Media reports yesterday showed the 69-year-old was first admitted to the hospital with complaints of being weak, among other things that sounded like food poisoning, but it was then described as probably a heart attack.

Even as his team lost the match, Bachchan, after the game, congratulated Abhishek and Sachin Tendulkar via his blog. Speaking on the spirit of the game, Bachchan opined on the point that no one should forget that one does have to lose in a game and then train oneself for the next game.

Bachchan also got a chance to praise Abhishek for his sportsmanship and to thank him for requesting to visit Tendulkar, who, in his words, is gifted with the greatest expertise and knowledge.

The support and respect by the fans, the way even just outside the entrance of the stadium he was mobbed.
