Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan shocked the nation by revealing that he has tested positive for COVID 19 on Saturday night and that he is being treated at the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. His son Abhishek Bachchan also has been infected and has been hospitalized while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan have tested negative in the antigen test but are awaiting the swab test results.

Superstar Rajinikanth a long time friend of Amitabh Bachchan has got in touch with them through telephone to enquire about their health and has also offered to pray for their speedy recovery.
