Amitabh Bachchan checked on Varun Dhawan daily after the latter tested positive for Covid-19.

Bollywood's young superstar Varun Dhawan will be soon be seen in much anticipated film 'Coolie No 1'. While working on the film 'Jug Jug Jeeyo' he was tested positive for Covid-19 and the shooting had to be halted. Out of all the well wishes he recieved, Varun talks about the most special one.
One person, who checked on me throughout when I was unwell is Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan). He diligently asked me every day if I was doing fine. And I was like, ‘I have to get okay now (smiles).’ He is spectacular and a great man,” said Varun, in an recent interview.
Varun has tested negetive now and the filming for 'Jug Jug Jeeyo' has resumed.
