Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer thriller drama 'Chehre' was finally released in theatres after much delay on 27th of August. The unusual narrative and off beat story took the viewers by surprise and the film managed to impress audience as well as critics. Recently, during its OTT run, 'Chehre' crossed a new milestone.

The film was released on Amazon Prime Video on 30th of September and it managed to attain the maximum viewership with a rating of 7. The story of 'Chehre' is a courtroom drama with a twist. It features Amitabh Bachchan as a lawyer who somehow indulges Emraan Hashmi's character in a game of mock courtroom proceeding.

Emraan is quite elated by the success of his film. He stated, "When I signed Chehre, somewhere down my heart, I knew the film would do well because of its unusual plot, and that''s what happened. I am truly overwhelmed with the kind of response it''s getting, especially on OTT. The numbers are massive, and I feel Chehre deserves all of it."
