Things are going to get even uglier for already war-torn nation of Afganistan as the Taliban has taken control of it. The conditions are as chaotic and lawless as they can be in the country but this wasn't always the case. Bollywood actress Hema Malini recently took to her Twitter and recalled a time when Afganistan used be peaceful and beautiful.
Back in the 70s, Hema Malini shot for a film titled 'Dharmatma' in Afganistan. Sharing the poster of the film featuring herself and Feroz Khan, Hema wrote, "What is happening to a happy, once peaceful nation, Afghanistan, is truly sad. My great memories of Afghanistan date back to Dharmatma - I play a gypsy girl & my portion was shot entirely there. Had a great time as my parents were with me and Feroz Khan took good care of us."
Several Bollywood stars shared their concern for the people suffering in Afganistan and some of them even bashed USA for carelessly leaving the country in the hands of Taliban.
