Ameer - Tamilsai controversial hidden Television speech revealed

Popular news channel Puthiya Thalaimurai conducted a political talk show in Coimbatore in which the BJP leader Tamilisai Soundarajan, director Ameer, Tamil Kongu Ilaigniar Peravai Thaniyarasu among others participated.  It is reported that there was a huge ruckus on the show for a comment by Ameer which disrupted the shooting and has also resulted in cases filed on Ameer as well as Puthiya Thalaimurai.

Aloor Shanavas the deputy general secretary of the Viduthalai Siruthaigal party in an exclusive interview to Newsglitz channel has revealed what transpired on the show.  According to Shanavas Tamilisai had spoken that since the section 144 was enforced in Thoothukudi during the Sterlite protest it gave the police the right to use guns on the people which killed 13.

Reacting to Tamilisai, Ameer is said to have asked the BJP leader that in Coimbatore itself her party members had caused riots during the funeral procession of slain Hindu Munnani leader Sasikumar when 144 was enforced but no shooting order was issued.  The supporters of Tamisai allegedly started using derogatory words on Ameer and were on the verge of attacking him.  Shanavas also claims that since Ameer was travelling back to Chennai that night in Thaniyarasu's car it too was attacked.  You can watch the full video of Shanavas below for more details on the controversy.
