The sorry state of affairs in TN’s political scenario has left many wondering and wanting for an able and efficient leader. With Kamal Hassan’s increasing mass following and his unabashed views on issues, the actor has carved an identity for himself in contemporary politics even before touting a party.

However, film director Ameer has opined that Kamal is not qualified to lead Tamil Nadu with respect to the state’s current requirement and needs. Ameer also stated that Kamal has been focused majorly on criticizing the AIADMK while attention to people problems is secondary. Citing that not all eight crore people in Tamil Nadu have Twitter accounts, he stated that just commenting in Twitter isn’t good enough.

He further added that Seeman who has a clear and strong idealogy is the right one to lead Tamil Nadu. “Even though Vijay  has mass appeal, considering his age and the success of his films, he should wait some more time,” Ameer said.
