Thiruda Thirudi fame director Subramania Siva's Pori starring Jeeva did not do well at the box office. However the director has not lost hopes and was waiting for an appropriate project.

Call it luck, the director has been assigned to do a movie for director Ameer's home production Team Works.

Ameer, after completing his Paruthiveeran, is nursing plans to direct Jayam Ravi for his next. Meanwhile, he has roped in Subramania Siva to direct a movie for his production house.

Buzz is that the movie would be a remake of Mammootty's recent Malayalam hit Big B. After completing the film, Subramania Siva is planning to introduce Ameer as hero.

Subramania Siva made his directorial debut with Thiruda Thirudi starring Dhanush. It went on to become a big hit and Subramania Siva remade the film in Telugu filmdom too.
