Film producer and former AP FDC Chairman Ambika Krishna has said that Nandamuri Balakrishna wanted to develop the film industry in Vizag when the government allocated 300 acres for the purpose years ago. He sought 20 acres of land from the government to build a studio. Suggesting that his best efforts didn't bear fruit, Ambika Krishna added that Balakrishna never harbours ill will.
"As the MLA of Hindupur, he has done some phenomenal development. In 2014, when I was there for campaigning, people there requested Balakrishna to ensure that they get some water every day. If they asked for some water, he has ensured piped water for 24 hours. Even amid still competition in 2019, Balakrishna won by a majority of 16,000 votes. He doesn't publicize his work," Ambika Krishna said.
"I personally have a lot of love toward him. He is a kind man who is devoted to God. I am sure he is going to win in the next election, too. He will not see defeat," the producer added, saying that he has got plans to produce a movie with the 'Ruler' actor.
Meanwhile, there is this speculation that the title of Balayya's next movie, directed by Boyapati Srinu, will be announced on June 10, which is the Nandamuri actor's birthday.
