The theatrical trailer of 'Baahubali', released a couple of days back, took the internet by storm. In just 40 hours of the release, the trailer has crossed 2 million views in Telugu, which is a record, and 1.1 million views in Hindi, which never happened for a dubbed film.

This historical epic drama is now the most awaited film in India. Even 'Magadheera' is a historical fiction film and speaking on why he loves such films, Rajamouli says that 'Amar Chitra Katha' comics inspired him a lot. "I have endless fantasies revolving around 'Amar Chitra Katha' stories set in the past. My excitement with that genre translates into my films", Rajamouli is quoted as saying.
