Amala Paul is currently busy with the shooting of Suriya starrer 'Haiku', the shooting of which is progressing at Chennai. She had more or less wrapped up her part in 'Lailaa O Lailaa'. 'LOL's' director Joishy and crew were at Bellary, situated along the Karnataka border, shooting a very intense and important climax scene.

Amala's presence was required for a single but important shot in the sequence. When contacted, the actress sportingly and immediately dropped her shooting for 'Haiku' and flew 1400 kms just for that one shot. The shot required just 30 minutes of her time and she sure gave her all for Lailaa. Mohanlal and the Joishy were all praise for her dedication. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens by April end.
