Amala Paul has joined the league of those celebs who have pledged their eyes for a noble cause. She was there in Puducherry on Tuesday to inaugurate an eye hospital.

"I would like to thank the hospital for providing fifty free eye-related surgeries on my behalf," she said. Speaking later to the media, the talented actress urged the people to pledge their eyes.

The actress didn't comment on the ongoing investigation into a tax fraud involving her since the issue is sub judice.
