Amala Paul in an unusual role in comeback Tamil movie ‘Cadaver’ – Interesting trailer out

Amala Paul is one of the few actresses who has balanced roles that have scope for acting as well as the glamorous ones.  Right from her breakthrough film ‘Mynaa’ she has chosen strong scripts such as ‘Deiva Thirumagal’,  ‘VIP’, ‘Pasanga 2’, ‘Nimirndhu Nil’ and ‘Aadai’.

Amala has been out of the limelight for the past few years as far as Kollywood is concerned though she has done films and web series in Telugu.   The official trailer of ‘Cadaver’ the comeback film of Amala in Tamil has been unveiled showing her in the unusual role of a forensic pathologist.

The ‘Cadaver’ trailer suggests that a serial killer is on the rampage torturing, raping and  murdering his victims and carefully disposing the bodies as accident.  Amala’s character comes in with the reputation of writing the entire history of a person if she can get four bones from a corpse.

The teaser is thrilling with Amala Paul’s deglam getup perfectly fitting her character and promises to be a treat for the genre lovers.  The film is produced by Amala Paul herself while it is written by Abhilash Pillai and directed by Anoop S Panicker.  Riythvika Panneerselvan. Nizhalgal Ravi, Harish Uttaman and Muniskanth are also in the cast.  The film will start streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar from August 12th.
