Famed Actress Amala Paul`s brother Abijith Paul is making his acting debut as the villain in his brother-in-law director Vijay`s 'Devi(L)'. Abijith is a naval officer by profession, but when Vijay narrated him the script of Devi(L), he couldn`t turn down the offer.

“It all happened on one fine day when my brother-in-law Vijay asked me to play a villain in Devi(L). I was quite excited and immediately agreed”, says Abijith.

'Devi(L) stars Prabhu Deva and Tamannah in lead roles. And it is being made as a trilingual in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. The film is being produced by Dr.K. Ganesh of Prabhu Deva Studios banner. The teaser of the film that released on Friday has enhanced the positive buzz surrounding the film as it features the exemplary dancing skills of the Asian Michael Jackson aka Prabhu Deva.
