Alphonse has been one of the music directors who couldn't make it big, even after showing his expectational talents by churning out good songs. He made a racy debut with good songs in Vellithira, Manju Poloru Penkutty and Jaloltsavam years back.

But for about two years, none of the films that came out carried his tag as the music director. But for this Vishu, he is bouncing back with two big films released on the same date.

Alphonse is the music director of Big B and Athisyan that graces theatres today. Big B has introduced a number of new singers and is also the debut film of Shreya Ghoshal in Malluwood.

As both these films have a number of good songs, which are already in the charts, the music director is destined to gain more popularity and will be going places with his good songs.
