It has been speculated that 'Okka Kshanam' is an unofficial remake of 'Parallel Life', a South Korean movie. This was first triggered by the claim of the trailer of '2: Memiddaram' that their movie is an official remake of the same international movie. And '2: Memiddaram' curiously talks about two lives in parallel, much like the trailer of 'OK'.

Allu Sirish and the film's makers kept quiet on the issue till the other day. The Mega hero has now said that his film hardly has any resemblance with 'PL' (except for doses of reincarnation perhaps).

When speculations broke out that Vi Anand might well have drawn inspiration from 'PL', the first thing that Sirish did was to download and watch the Korean movie. And there are no similarities whatsoever between the two movies.

He says that people can see it for themselves on December 28.
