Allu Sirish has announced that he has decided to buy local products as much as possible. Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, the 'ABCD' actor wrote that it's time to support the Indian economy.
"I have made a conscious decision to use & support more Indian brands. I'm aware in a globalized world it may not be practical to avoid all foreign products, but let's buy local as much as possible. By consuming Indian brands we help our own economy," Sirish tweeted.
Putting out a pic of the local brands he has bought, Sirish opined that it's not uncool to use local brands. "Here are some products I purchased at the supermarket. All Indian brands. Many of us use local products but don't like to admit as we think that makes us look less cool. It's time to break that myth. Let's not just buy local but be vocal abt it. I urge you all to go local," the Mega hero tweeted.
