It is known that Malayalam movie Lucifer is being remade in Telugu. The Prithviraj Sukumaran directorial rights were bought by Ram Charan Tej and Chiranjeevi. This news has been in news sometime and making headlines for all the right reasons. News about the remake was unveiled during the promotions of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

In the recent times, there has been a buzz that Sujith Sign has been roped in to direct this project which is going to have Chiranjeevi in the lead role. Sujeeth has bagged a golden opportunity thought Saaho failed in living up to the expectations.

In Lucifer, the original, there’s a key role which is played by Prithviraj himself. This role can be called a cameo too. The role has a lot of action to do and needs a youngster who can pull it off on screen.

As per the latest reports, rumours are that Allu Arjun is going to play this role and it is said he will be reprising the action role. An official confirmation on the same is awaited from the makers of the film. It would be nice to see Allu Arjun and Chiru on the same screen once again sharing the space.
