It was on this day in 2010 that 'Vedam', the multi-starrer belonging to the hyperlink cinema genre, hit the screens. The action-drama film was largely seen as an experimental film at that time. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, it was made hugley popular by the presence of Allu Arjun.
As the film becomes a decade old, the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor on Thursday got nostalgic and thanked his director for 'Vedam'. "A Decade of Vedam. I would Like to Thank each and everyone who is a part of this beautiful journey. I heartfully thank Director Krish for his vision and passion. And I would like to thank Manchu Manoj, Anushka Shetty, Manoj Bajpayee ji and many other actors and technicians for their support," Bunny wrote on Twitter.
The Mega hero also thanked music director MM Keeravani, cinematographer Gnanasekhar VS and others. "I heartfully thank Arka Media for believing in us," he added. The film was produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, who went on to make 'Maryada Ramanna' with SS Rajamouli and 'Panjaa' with Pawan Kalyan later. Of course, the 'Baahubali' franchise remains their biggest project to date.
