Allu Arjun confirmed as Gona Ganna Reddy in 'Rudrama Devi'

India's first historical stereoscopic 3D film, 'Rudramadevi', is being produced with high production values and huge star cast. The film has already Anushka, Rana Daggubati, Krishnam Raju, Nitya Menon, Suman, Aditya Menon, Prakash Raj, Catherine etc and now to the surprise of everyone, Stylish Star Allu Arjun has been included in the film.
Allu Arjun will play Gona Ganna Reddy in the film and Gunasekhar has confirmed it. Gunasekhar said that the role has so much importance in the history and he has considered many actors for that role, but he is very happy that Allu Arjun accepted the offer.
Gunasekhar said Allu Arjun will be remembered forever as Gona Ganna Reddy as how NTR is remembered as Palnati Brahmanna Naidu, ANR as Tenali Rama Krishnudu, Krishanam Raju as Tandra Paparayudu, Nagarjuna as Annamayya and Krishna as Alluri Seetharama Raju.
Gunasekhar thanked Allu Arjun for accepting the role and said that he is indebted to him. Allu Arjun is being trained in horse riding and sword fighting. Gunasekhar said that the shooting will be completed by July end and the movie will be released only in 2014.
