Allu Arjun Approaches Telangana High Court To Dismiss Case Against Him

The stampede incident that took place at Sandhya theatre premises on the 4th December will be a black mark in the history of Telugu cinema. A woman named Revathi died during the stampede and her son also suffered the injuries. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun has now moved to Telangana High Court, seeking the dismissal of a case filed against him, in connection of the case.
Additionally, the management of Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad has approached the Telangana High Court seeking to quash the FIR filed by the Chikkadpally police with regards to the same case. Already, the police officials arrested three people, in connection with the case.
The lawyers, representing the theatre management argued that the distributor had taken control of the theatre premises in Hyderabad on December 4 and 5. They also mentioned about requesting the police bandobast but only limited police personnel were deployed.
The police officials at Chikkadapally station registered a case against Allu Arjun under sections BNS 105 and 118 of the law. He has now requested for the dismissal of the same.
