Allari Naresh is going to act in yet another remake years after he did 'Sudigaadu' (a remake of the Tamil film 'Tamizha Padam') and 'Jump Jilani'. This time, it's going to be a Malayalam movie. The film is 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie', a comedy thriller road film directed by G Prajith, which comes with a message related to privacy and fake identities.

Boppana Chandrasekhar of Jahnavi Films has acquired the rights by paying a fancy price. Anish Krishna of 'Ala Ela' fame is the director.

The shoot will commence sometime in October. "We are happy to have acquired the remake rights of a film which was a big hit in Malayalam. This will go down as a distinct film in Allari Naresh's career. Besides entertainment and human emotions, the subject has scope for elements that today's audiences will like. After 'Gamyam', this is yet another commercial film with a difference. We are confident that the subject will be accepted by the Telugu audience as well. More details about the movie will be made public soon", the producer says.

Since the film has more than two key characters, it will be interesting to see the casting.

Music is by DJ Vasanth. Cinematography is by Sai Sriram.
