'Aruvi' directed by Arun Prabhu Purushothaman already made noises with its unique posters, teaser, trailer not to mention its upbeat music album which is already appreciated by one and all. Recently, a special screening was held for the press in Chennai. 

The internet is getting filled with praises for 'Aruvi'  from the side of the critics who watched the movie. It is also notable that the film recieved a standing ovation from the members of the press after the screening. 

The film stars new comer Aditi Balan essaying the lead role with the film being bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures that produced the recent super hit Karthi's 'Theeran Adhigaram Ondru'. 

Based on the reaction from the critics, it is expected that the film will open up to positve reception from the public as well and enjoy a good run at the box office. The film is set to hit the screens on December 15, this Friday for the public.
