All passenger trains cancelled till May 3: Railways

All passenger trains cancelled till May 3: Railways

If you are wondering when passenger trains will resume services, here is the answer. Don't expect anything till May 3. There are false rumours that services will be resumed after April 20. The Indian Railways has issued a statement in this regard.

"All passenger train services on Indian Railways, including Premium trains, Mail/Express trains, Passenger trains, Suburban Trains, Kolkata Metro Rail, Konkan Railway etc shall continue to remain cancelled till the 2400hrs of 3rd May 2020," Ministry of Railways today said, minutes after Narendra Modi's address to the nation.

Also, all domestic and international scheduled airlines operations shall remain suspended till May 3.
