The comic entertainer 'All In All Azhagu Raja has been rated with a U certificate by the Censor Board, as the film proudly confirms its prized position of Diwali release this year. Starring Karthi and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead, the film carries the promise of a comedy packed clear family entertainer.
