Vasu is riding a crest of success in Tamil. His Chandramukhi and his more recent Paramasivan have both been classified hits.

Vasu was handpicked by Balakrishna to make this film under the banner of R B Chowdary. The family sentiment flick will stand Balaya in good stead.
