Gautham Menon speaks frankly, come what may. In one of his latest interviews ahead of the release of his Tamil movie with Dhanush, the 'Ye Maya Chesave' director has said that big star heroes (in Kollywood) are concerned with about how they are shown in a film than the film itself.
"Today, most big stars want scripts to be written in a particular way, show them in a certain light. They want people to like them for various reasons. It's all about how much people will like me in this film than about whether it's a good film or not. Very honestly, this is the thing with all the top 5-6 star heroes. Mid-range heroes are also getting into that bracket, of late," Gautham Menon says.
The acclaimed director is going to do a web-series based on the late Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha. 'Dhuruvanatchathiram' with Chiyaan Vikram is one of his upcoming movies.
