Ali is playing the lead in a movie titled 'Ali Baba Okkade Donga', in which Suja is the lead lady. Phani Prakash is the director.

Boddeda Sivaji is producing this movie in Kamal Cine Creations banner. The shooting of the film has been in progress in Hyderabad from 18th of this month. Phani Prakash says, " We come across many people, who dream of becoming one and end up as some other. But there are very few people, who end up as thieves, dreaming of becoming a police. This is a tailor made character for Ali. It will be very entertaining and thrilling ".

The producer says, " We have been shooting some key scenes on Ali, Raghu Babu, Jeeva, Kondavalasa, Delhi Rajeswari etc in the surroundings of Hyderabad. The second schedule starts from June 15th. The film is a perfect comedy thriller which will attract both class and mass audience".

Thanikella Bharani, Shafi, Duvvasi Mohan, Ramjagan, Kondavalasa, Ramaraju, Prudhvi etc have acted in this film. Sai Srikanth is the music director.
