Popular actor Ranveer Singh has sparked several debates, gossips and memefests with his latest photoshoot in which he appeared nude. The controversial photoshoot has polarised the fanbase among people who like and support it and others who consider it obscene. During the trailer launch event of her film 'Darlings', Ranveer's 'Gully Boy' co-star Alia was also asked share her opinion on the matter.

The actress wholeheartedly supported Ranveer and stated, "I don't like anything negative said about my favourite Ranveer Singh. I cannot even tolerate this question. I love him. He will be eternally favourite to everyone of us actually and he has given us so much at the movies, so we should only give him love."

Ranveer's 'Gundey' co-star Arjun Kapoor also extended him his support and told the media, "You should be allowed to be yourself. I don't think Ranveer Singh has ever done something without being himself, he is never pretentious. When he comes in, there’s warmth, there’s enjoyment, there’s energy. Woh unki personality ka extension hain. Unki marzi hain, unka social media. Unhe sahi lagta hain iss waqt to be in that way that he wants to be."
