Bandra becomes a regular haunt as Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor keep visiting their bungalow, 'Krishna Raj', to take stock of the final touches being given to the construction. This property, when the couple's film project comes to an end, is all set to register in the name of their upcoming daughter, Raha Kapoor, who may turn out to be the wealthiest Bollywood baby, according to a report.

Bollywood Life has quoted an article that claims both Ranbir and Alia are putting in huge amounts of their income into making their dream home, reportedly expected to be worth over Rs 250 crore upon completion. This could be the priciest bungalow in Mumbai, even ahead of iconic properties like Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa.

Also, the source revealed that the ever-so-madly-in-love Ranbir, who is with his daughter Raha, wants to keep the bungalow's name after his daughter and probably turns her into the richest Bollywood star kid. The couple also has four flats in Bandra, which collectively go above 60 crore.

Neetu Kapoor herself had recently purchased a luxurious house worth 15 crores in Bandra. Further, it's revealed that Neetu Kapoor will share the bungalow as a co-owner, as Rishi Kapoor has made her a joint owner of all their properties. Speculation suggests that once the bungalow is ready, the entire Kapoor family will reside there together.

The property belonged to the late veteran actor Raj Kapoor and his wife, Krishna Kapoor. Ranbir Kapoor is now the inheritor. The work on the construction has been going on for the last year, and Ranbir comes to see the place from time to time along with Alia and Neetu to look after it.
