SS Rajamauli's upcoming film 'RRR' has been in production for an awfully long time. The filming has been delayed several times but the hype around it doesn't seem to die. Fans are just as excited about the film as they were six months ago. Alia Bhatt, who plays a key part in the film, is going to feature in a lavish and elaborate dance sequence. According to the latest buzz, Rajamauli has plans to film the sequence soon in Ramoji Film City and it will reportedly cost around 3 crore rupees.
This will be one of the costliest song production in the history of Indian Cinema. Describing the dance sequence, a source told Bollywood Hungama, "Bigger than anything we saw in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas or Rajmouli’s Baahubali. It will be shot in acres of sprawling land. The costumes themselves will cost close to a crore."
Alia recently wrapped up the filming for the Bhansali film 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'. A source close to her informed Bollywood Hungama, "In her just-completed film Gangubai Kathiawadi Alia got no chance to sing and dance. Now is her chance to make up for lost time." It sure would be exciting to see Alia in both these projects.
