Ali Zafar's new fitness mantra to keep fit

Ali Zafar who has always charmed with his chocolate boy looks, is now looking to develop a more toned physique and has adopted Taekwondo as a way of keeping fit.

Sources close to the actor reveal that Ali has specially flown down a trainer from Malaysia to train him in the martial art form.

Added the source, "Ali doesn't believe in exerting his body in a gym and prefers a more holistic approach to fitness - He spoke to a few experts from Malaysia and Thailand for Taekwondo lessons and will be trained back home".

Ali Zafar was last seen in YRF's 'Kill Dil'.
