Earlier this week, comedian Ali shocked many by saying that Pawan Kalyan merely walked on the path laid out by Chiranjeevi.  "Unlike him, I am a self-made man," Ali suggested.  While Ali's political comments have not been trolled much, this particular remark has been rejected by even fence-sitters.  

As someone who has been in the film industry for decades, Ali should have known that nobody can become a superstar, be it Pawan, Mahesh Babu, NTR, Allu Arjun, Prabhas or anybody else, by merely following a ready-made "path".  Pawan did have an edge compared to others like Srikanth because of Chiranjeevi.  But can one become a superstar merely because of this advantage of background?  

Ali never realized the 'truth' that Pawan merely followed in Chiranjeevi's path all these years before joining YSRCP, whose leader himself is a beneficiary of the path laid out by his father.  Ali has scored a self-goal, clearly.
