'Mirzapur' has taken Ali Fazal's career to new heights and he's been getting several amazing projects due to his newly escalated fame. The buzz suggests that he'll soon be collaborating with master filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj for his next. Apparently Vishal is planning to direct an action drama flick and he has roped in Ali for the lead role.

This will be first time the duo will collaborate on a project and both of them are excited to create something amazing. Reports suggest that casting for supporting roles and other pre production work is going on. Vishal's last directorial was 'Patakha' which starred Radhika Madaan and Sanya Malhotra while Ali Fazal was last seen in Netflix anthology series 'Ray'.

Vishal Bharadwaj's son, Aasmaan Bhardwaj is also going to make his directorial debut soon with the film titled 'Kuttey'. The cast of the film includes Tabu, Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, and Radhika Madaan while Vishal himself acts as the producer.
