A day after an emotional interview about accidentally killing a cinematographer on the sets of his upcoming movie ‘Rust,’ Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin deleted his verified Twitter account, @alecbaldwin.
The actor also broke down during the interview while recalling the tragic incident. “I’ve been struggling physically. I’m exhausted from this because I gotta try to be there for my kids. My family is all I have. Honest to God, I couldn’t give a s--- about my career anymore,” Alec Baldwin revealed. On being asked if he felt guilty about what happened, the Emmy winning star said, “No. Someone is responsible for what happened, and I can’t say who that is, but I know it’s not me. I mean, honest to God, if I felt that I was responsible, I might have killed myself if I thought I was responsible. I don’t say that lightly.”
Alec Baldwin had accidentally fired a prop gun that killed a cinematographer and wounded the director while he was shooting for the movie 'Rust' in New Mexico. The woman, identified as Halyna Hutchins (42), was immediately flown to a hospital by helicopter but succumbed to her injuries. Police have been investigating the case and no charges were filed.
