'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' zooms past 2M figure

Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' has touched the USD 2 million mark in the US. This is a first in Allu Arjun's career. For Trivikram Srinivas, it's the fourth one, the first three being 'A Aa', 'Agnyaathavaasi', and 'Aravindha Sametha'.
To celebrate the family entertainer's mind-blowing performance, the makers have planned a grand success event.
A mega function will be held on January 19 in Vizag. Haarika & Hassine Creations and Geetha Arts are going to reveal some interesting facts related to the movie on the occasion.
The Trivikram directorial has become Allu Arjun's career's most profitable venture in absolute terms. Starring also Pooja Hegde, Murli Sharma, Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth and others, the film's music (by SS Thaman) and action scenes have been two of the major contributors to its BO fame.
