Akshay Kumar has reasons to be elated. While reactions to the promo of his first film of 2014, 'Holiday', have been good so far, the recent developments have been all the more promising. Two posters of the film have just been revealed and with all around good reactions coming their way, it is a good progress indeed being made for the A.R. Murugadoss directed affair.

No wonder, the architect behind it all, publicity designer Rahul Nanda, is being acknowledged for the innovation he has brought in the posters.

While the first poster has Akshay with his mini-army in a shooting mode, hence conveying an all around action flavor of the film, what has especially caught eye is the second poster. It features Akshay from behind with an army uniform and a bunch of balloons being held by him, hence conveying the core theme of the film loud and clear that 'A Solider Is Never Off Duty'.

For Akshay, it is yet another winner by Rahul who had begun his collaboration way back in 1996 with 'Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi'. Post that, the designer behind 150 odd films has been associated with many a Akshay hits, including Khiladi 786, Desi Boyz, Heyy Babyy, Garam Masala, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Andaaz, Ajnabee, Dhadkan and Jaanwar to name a few.

Says producer Vipul Shah, who has worked with Rahul in 'Commando' and 'Force', "Our film is aimed at Gen-X and hence the whole theme had to be conveyed correctly through the promo and the posters. There had to be a rooted flavor in an international presentation and who better than Rahul to get it right. He has nailed it perfectly well all over again and I am glad that audience has caught it well too through posters."

Now one looks forward to new posters as well as promos for 'Holiday' being revealed as the film marches towards the 6th June release.
