Taking to his social media, Khiladi Kumar revealed the news to the world, “The story of India’s first Gold medal victory for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Helmed by Reema Kagti, ‘Gold’ also stars Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Kumar Singh, Amit Sadh, and Sunny Kaushal in the lead roles. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the film is based on the Hockey team that won the Olympic medal for India post independence for the first time at the Games of the XIV Olympiad, London in 1948. The movie hit the screens on August 15 that clashed with John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee starrer 'Satyamev Jayate' at the Box Office.The story of India’s first Gold medal victory for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
