Akshay Kumar's 'Airlift' collected Rs. 12.35 cr. on its opening day

Yes! You have heard it right, that Akshay Kumar's current movie 'Airlift' collected Rs. 12.35 cr. on its opening day. The much talked about and awaited movie Airlift' as pleased its audience to the fullest after the long wait. Few leading Trade analyst from the industry tweeted and responded saying that the movie has done well at the box office and on the first day it has collected Rs. 12.35 cr.

The movie Airlift revolves around evacuation of Indians during the 1990 invasion of Kuwait by Iraq and it has also been appreciated by the fans and critics alike. Seems like, Airlift' has taken off well and with style, while Kya Kool Hain Hum 3' gets a thumbs down from audience. Airlift is directed by Raja Krishna Menon and it also features Nimrat Kaur and Purab Kohli in the lead.
