Akshay Kumar to give miss to action in 'Airlift'

It will be strange to watch our Bollywood Khiladi Kumar giving no aderline rush with his dhishoom-dhishoom. If sources are to be believed, then in his forthcoming film 'Airlift', Akshay Kumar won't be showing his action side. It is said that the film will not have any action stunts by the actor.

While the film is touted as a thriller drama, it will have shades of action only through war scenes, sources added. In the film, Akshay essays the role of a businessman, Ranjit Katyal and being in a commoner's character, the actor wouldn't be involved in his trademark punch and kick routine.

Being directed by Raja Krishna Menon, 'Airlift' is currently started its first schedule in UAE. The film stars Nimrat Kaur opposite Akshay.
