One of the several exciting Akshay Kumar films under production is 'Ram Setu'. Ever since its announcement and poster release, there's been quite a buzz around this mysterious seeming project. The film is set to begin shooting in Ayodhya and will star Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha as the leading ladies. The trio gathered today at Ayodhya for the muhurat of the filming schedule and Akshay shared a pic from the ritualistic ceremony.

Alomg with the picture, the actor wrote, "Aaj Shri Ayodhya ji main film Ram Setu ke shubhaarambh par bhagwan Shri Ram ka aashirwaad prapt hua. Jai Shri Ram (Today, we got the blessings of Lord Ram as we kickstarted our film Ram Setu in Ayodhya)."

Earlier today, the actor also shared a photo with both the leading ladies. Three of them were sitting on the stairs of a private plane. He captioned the photo as, "A special film, a special start...Team #RamSetu off to Ayodhya for the mahurat shot. And so the journey begins. Need special wishes from all you guys."
