A few reports have it that Bollywood diva Huma Qureshi is going to play Rajinikanth's wife in Pa.Ranjith's next.
Now, Huma is the heroine of 'Jolly LLB-2', this year's one of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters. The actress is a good friend of Akshay Kumar, who is playing Rajini's bete noire in '2.0'.
What is the probability that Akki played a role in impressing upon Rajini to choose his friend Huma? It's anybody's guess.
Rajini and Ranjith must have been looking for a Hindi actress, just as it was the case with 'Kabali'. They must have considered her profile as she is in her early 30s.
